Career Change To Tech

Tech is a lot more than learning to code. Learning to code has never been enough to get hired. Just like learning to play basketball is not enough to get drafted to the NBA. So what is career change? Well, since I've done it 3 times I'm dead sure of this: It's a campaign. Across at least 7 domains. And some people are naturally better at it because they don't focus on just the technical skills.
